I cant contact Monsoon Tech Support, whats the deal?

Im sure most people have heard of Monsoon computer speakers, they make those awesome flat panel speakers. Unfortunately the volume control has broken on my set of speakers and with out it, none of the speakers function at all. I have searched for weeks to try and find out how to contact Monsoon to ask for a replacement and have found NOTHING. Thier website www.monsoonpower.com is all jacked up, nothing works on it and there is no contact info for tech support except an email that doesnt work. I found a phone number for some Company called Sonigstix that suppsedly makes Monsoon speakers, but the number doesnt work, it rings and rings then sounds like a fax machine picks it up. I need a replacement somehow, and I have no clue how to contact anyone for help!! does anybody have any ideas??? I've tried to fix the piece myself but its fairly complicated and has specialty made parts not found in electronics stores.
