Help!!! My Screen's Blue and My PC can't get up!

Hey guys. I've got a PC here at the office that seems to be blue screening at random times. 0x00000050.

I thought it was some software she was using, but I have seen it happen twice now without her using that piece of software.

Having checked Microsoft's Knowledgebase, none of the situations seems to apply.

    System

    Pentium 3 500Mhz
    192 Megs Ram
Diamond Stealth 3D Video (4 meg)
    Windows 2000
    Norton Antivirus 8.1
(client install. Scanning from server as we speak)

Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.

After you check for virus and any malware (what program did she have that you say is bad?), try booting and running (for diag purposes)
    with just the video card.
(Diamond Stealth a little old in the tooth anyway)
See if you get the same problem.
If so try using a the generic VGA driver and run for a bit.
    Also:
give the complete stop message if you will.

Try swapping out the memory for some known good memory. Also I've seen this happen because of a bad power supply.

And, since he has 192 MB's I am assuming one 128 and one 64. You could try removing one at a time.
    Right guys?

The problem has not happened since that day, therefor I'm thinking it had something to do with that software.

    http://www.salestaxmanager.com/

I will try to find some time to get her PC for some 1 on 1 time and run the mess out of this software. Also, if I can duplicate the error, (I don't think it will be a problem. This happened about 5 times.) I will post the entire error. The .dmp files are still on the machine. Would that do you any good?

No Virus was found, Adaware came back clean.

    Yes, memory is 1x128 & 1x64.

    Motherboard is an Intel CC820
