Argh donation diggers

ok, we had a big meeting the other day about donating money to a foundation. They gives us slips and give a 30 mins presentation. Then they have drawings to win prizes. And also to try to get you to return the slips you get entered into the big drawing. Here you can win some nice prizes. Thing is why do they do this? To make sure they get your money? I see things wrong with this personally. It makes me bitter, gives us money and you COULD win this prize. Well what 1 in a million. Ok look I have nothing against donations. I do it yearly, to my church and also to another foundation. Thing is I dont want to donate to this foundation, one is I dont live in this county and that money is for that county, I would rather donate to my home toem county.

The biggest thing here is I keep getting emails from the head boss's (Remeber to turn in your slips and you can win these prizes) Kinda like some stupid game show there putting on. Anywho my boss comes in talks to me about if I did this and that, then sees my slip on my table next to me and says, can you please fill that out and drop it in the box and walks off.. wtf?? Are they doing somthing like if your full section gets all there slips in then you the managment gets $100 or somthing?? wtf? I dont want to donate, stop pushing me to do this. grrr.... My money ill do what I want with it. Reading the slip it says "Complete the donor designation form if you wish to designate your contribution to any org" thing is, I dont want to donate so reading this, its seems I dont fill it out then. But they want the slip anyways dunno.. im not ganan send a blank slip guess ill put 0 and slashes all over it. ummmm makes me mad,

I definately understand your issue. When I worked at a retail electronics chain, the managers used to get bonuses if the entire store participated in the yearly United Way drive. I gave to united way, but I never did it through my work!!!

They got several here that they pressure the hell out of you to do.
