system INI or registry errors

can anybody tell me how to delete a windows registry or SYSTEM.INI file device no lomger exists message the files that it list are ndiswan.vdx
hit the space bar and then vredir.vxd pops up hit the space bar and dfs.vxd
pops up hit the space bar again amd it continues to boot into windows but once it boot it displays windows networking with a red circle with a X in it and states " unable to load the dynamic link libary msnp32.dll the system cannot find the file specified some or all of the following feature is not alaiviable microsoft network." I need to reinstall something but not sure where what or how but don't want to do a reinstall either otherwise then no network it works perfect even gets out on the net. I think all thoughs errors at bootup have to do with networking so how or what do I need to add or remove any help would be appreciated .

that don't work I get a file not found verify that you have selected the correct "restore from" location and try again .
of course I could be doing it wrong not sure what path and file to enter but I entered C:\windows\msnp32.dll\dll
ok I got it to load the file in
entered C:\windows\msnp32.dll\msnp32.dll
it give a posted message of file successfully loaded but when I reboot I still get a error message as it loads into windows of ndiswan vxd then verir vxd then dfs vxd and hitting the space bar inbetween each message brings the next and hitting it again it continues to load windows and posts dnamic libary msnp32.dll not loaded or cant find message.
thinks its about time too before I it .
