Proxy Desktop error when shutting down
I have a NT box running sp6a with IE6 and when I go to shutdown I get a endtask box stating th proxy desktop is still running. I can either wait, kill or cancel it and either do a thing to get the system to shutdown. The processes show nothing related to this and I cannot find anything in services, devices or the log that related to this message.
Any Ideas??

Do you have any communication software with a PDA or similar device?

netmeeting is running as a remote desktop, but if I diable it I still get the message. It sometimes also gives a MSthread error message. I am just going to reimage it.
thanks.
