Restoring mail and address book??

Just loaded XP on this system. Had previously used Win98. Backed up all dbx and wab files before wiping the drive. My question is where do I restore these files in XP??

Put the dbx files in a folder on your hard drive, make sure they are not read only.
Open outlook express.
File import
from oe5 I think it says
on the next screen, check the radio button at the bottom, import from an oe6 store directory
next, browse to the directory and oe wizard will take it from there.
Your contacts should auto import with them, if not import from the wab using file import address.
