You've obviously never been to Japan, because if you compare it to say Tokoyo's underground, its CRAP !
& every single one of their trains runs on time, every time

Well I drove on the Japs railway system in Microsoft Train Simulator and my train was always late, and it crashed a few times too.

Hi there,
I guess it depends on the day and when. I didn't enjoy the ride. I got no idea why to this day when it stopped every 2-3 stations for a few minutes on the way to downtown.

You mean you omitted to read the instructions? You see the thing about trains is they have to collect and deliver people. There are two sorts of trains, express or through trains - these ones only stop a couple of times at major stations. Then there are the local trains which stop.
Trains stop for all kinds of reasons, apart from passengers, many trains have something called "Royal Mail" and the stop to put on or take off the post, then there are goods trains. You would find that riding one of these is none too comfortable and they don't go very fast.
Next time, read the timetable - look through to the final destination - if there is a "-" under the next station, it doesn't stop there. The more "-" the less stops.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Hi there,
Actually, there was no one, zero, at most of station. Just just happen random. Went to the station, open door, close door then leave, all in the few minutes. But other time, it just wait and wait and wait (and no one around). I did see the driver coming back in. Bathroom?

Umm Jules dear, stops are pre-planned. Trains stop to a timetable, regardless of the number of people waiting or not.
Read my post again about how to catch a train that is a through train or an express train.
