keyboard num lock light
having fits with a new build here. MSI KT4 ultra 256mb 3200ddr ram 1200 mhz athlon thunderbird generic cd-rom 40 gig seagate hdd.
what has me worried first off is when i power down the system the num lock light stays lit. Doesn't seem to ever shut down.

That's normal. Happens on mine whenever i shut it down, wich it almost never is..

stays on my pc too. of course one of my habits is to leave the light off unless I'm using it so it just stays off anyways.

that is kind of what had me worried. Hadn't set num lock and then on power off it lights up!

oh yea.....forgot to get back here and let ya all know what the result was. Noo-Noo hit it on the head. That BIOS is loaded with goodies that I haven't seen before.
