    KT3 Ultra ARU and 160 gig drives!

    Hey all!

    Was looking at grabbing some 160gig WD drives, but was wondering about compatibility with my mobo/bios. KT3 Ultra ARU. MSI's website doesn't say anything bad (nor good), so I was wondering.....

    It should be fine, worst thing you may have to do is flash the bios, but bios files make no mention of flashing for over 137gig hdd's so its reasonable to assume that support is already there.

    ya...I updated the bios a while ago, so hopefully it'll be ok.....hmmmm...I was also wondering if the drive would work on a CUSL2-C board as well....no mention on asus's site...
