Matrox G400 DH & Win 2000 - Grrrrrrrrr

I have an old version matrox G400 Max dualhead - 906-04 RevB and have just upgraded my OS to win 2000 pro.

I use cad a lot (solidworks 2000) and approx. 3 times an hour the system freezes/hangs anf i have to reboot.

I know its the graphics card - just dont know the solution - HELP........

Try to post to Matrox Tech support forums.
there is a nice guy over there called Haig that will be happy to help you.

Also - did you updated the card Bios ?

I tried matrox and am waiting for reply.

I just upgraded the bios as per your instructions - mine was 10 updates out of sync.

So far it appears to have worked....

No crashes yet!!
