[RESOLVED] ibm p70 monitor cabling

I just got my hands on a used ibm p70 17" monitor. It has a 13w3 female plug on the back of it. what is the best way to convert it to work on a agp/vga card?
Can I buy adapter for the cable or do I need special stuff?
