Wish me lots of luck
I have an interview on saturday for a systems administrator position for a local college managing 8 win2k servers and ~300 pcs and ~120 macs.
I know the network pretty well, so I'm hoping for the best, but I am still nervous as hell about it.

Hey - I just got a sysadmin position myself a few weeks ago!
I wish you the best, RD.
Just be you and that should impress them enough.

Good luck and I only have 1 suggestion. WEAR PANTS TO THE INTERVIEW!!!!!

"The call is from heroism. Will you accept the charges?" - Homer Simpson
"Everyone makes fun of a redneck until your car breaks down." - Larry the Cable Guy

The usual tips come to mind:
Shake hands, look them in the eye, bring all your original docs with you, be prepared to answer the standard questions ("What can you bring to our company?", "Where do you see yourself in 5 years", "Tell us about an event where you ran into problems and how you dealt with it", etc.).
Prepare some questions in advance also. Ask about training, who your immediate superior would be if he/she is not there during the interview, the size of the IT dept., etc. Anything to look really interested.
An interview on a Saturday might indicate that they expect a lot of availability from you, so be mindful of that.
The pants thing is good too.

Still, if you're going for it the "salary" part must be interesting.
