Definition of a post pad vs legit post
So we've been having a lot of discussion about post padding, count, etc.
So what exactly defines a post as a "padded" post? And on the flip side, what defines a post as a legitimate post?

That all depends on who makes the post in question.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so. -Douglas Adams

I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.

wait, wait, I think I got it...you post a lot of replies to make your post count go up! But why would you do that?

Alternatively, you could post something legitimately pad related, such as:

Well this post is itself a pad as I have nothing useful to add.
Wait...I just defined a padding post...so I had relevant content...so I guess it's legitimate.
But then my original statement is false and therefore my post is pointless and as such a pad....
Uhh...I dont think Im getting anywhere....
