    Colostomy bag for the poo, reroute everything else to the same orifice…that should work for the long haul. But who will change the bag?

    /me grabs one of the babies diapers and lays wrbby down ....wipes his bum with wet ones and sticks the diaper on him...there..problem solved for an hour or so....well we could let him wallow in it
