[RESOLVED] Problem with Diamond Stealth III S540
I have a PII 300 on a tekram P6l40-a4 board (intel 440LX chipset)64 meg PC100 SDRAM , a 6.4 gig HD, SBlive Value, sound card, USR 56.6 Data Fax Modem, and a diamond Stealth III S540 32 meg video card. I am running Windows 98SE. When I try to install the card and the drivers all seems to go well.... however after a few minutes the screen will lock up.... I have tried all the new drivers, bios, etc for both board and card.... anyone have any answers for me...I have called diamond and tried all their "fixes" nothing seems to work? could it be an imcompatability issue with the motherboard chipset and the video card chipset.

Is this agp or PCI? The reason I ask it because those 2 cards are distinctly different. Let me know or e-mail me here.
