Question Outlook web access on Win 2003 server issue.

I am having a client side issue regarding MS Outlook Web Access.

The issue, when i have someone log onto a PC that has already been logged on to Web Access for another the new user attempt to get in with their login it keeps asking for their password over and over again. However, if I hit Escape, then refresh the screen, it goes through fine.

This accurs every time on a PC that has had more than one user on the web access. Any suggestions.

I work with many VIPs and this extra little step may seem minor, but it is becomeing a problem.

FYI, the client side PCs are win2000.

    Thanks
    Steven Henry

Are they definitely clicking the log off button then the Close button on the next page? This should pop-up a warning that the web page is attempting to close the window.

They aren't just closing the IE Window without properly logging off?

I don't know if the person before is logging off. Do you think this could be the problem?
