    fujitsu laptop with toshiba cdrw/dvd

    I have a fujitsu laptop with a toshiba SD-R2412 combo cdrw/dvd and cannot get the O/S to recognize the cdrw part, but it recognizes the cdr/dvd. I read about winXP having trouble with toshiba drives. I cannot find drivers for this, got them for everything else. thanks

    Welcome to Windrivers Eddie!

    You need burning software. Or turn on XP's native recording - right click on the cdrw drive, see if the recording tab is there.
