Is there a win2k compatable driver for the NVidia Riva 128/128zx 8mb video card that will allow its normal 3d graphics and opengl?

Check out the Nvidia website and download the Detonator3 driver Nvidia - Windows 2000 ... if that doesn't work, they have a link at the very bottom of the page for "other" cards not listed here, but I think the riva is based on the TnT2 chipset and you should be fine.

Have you tried the Win2K Nvidia Riva128/ZX drivers that are in Win2K?
Nvidia only has drivers listed for NT4 for Riva 128/ZX. I believe they are Version 3.4.

Try going to Open GL - Downloads and download the Win2k driver... it may take a while... perhaps it will help <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

The detonator drivers on Nvidia's website do not support the Riva128/ZX line of cards. The only 2K drivers available that I know of are the ones included in 2K itself and they do not have any 3D support. It appears that your only option may be to replace the card or use a 9x based OS for which you can still get drivers from Nvidia although they will be ancient.
