HT GeForce 2 MX 200 card :(

Heres my problem, I went to pricewatch.com like a month ago and decided I was going to buy a geforce2 for a system I'm building. Well I got the card and instead of buying a name brand like leadtek, I bought one called "HT". So I put the card in the agp slot and the monitor won't come on, i've tried two different monitors which work elsewhere, but not when this card in the pc, I also get like 3 or 4 beeps. So my first guess was that the card wasn't set right, but believe me it was, i took in out like 5 times. So i put the geforce in my pc, (Athlon 600 with FIC SD 11 mobo) and it came on, however I couldn't get the screen out of 640x480 with 16 colors, when i tried to I got the blue screen of death. <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">
i used the universal drivers from nvidia's website, but the card just doesn't want to work.
The pc i'm building uses an ibm aptiva 2178 mobo and has 733 P3 coppermine slot processor with 256mb of pc133 ram. I can get my Diamond stealth III s540 card to work in it perfectly. I have the most current bios for my machines. If anyone can help I'd be grateful, I just have a feeling i'm gonna have to send it back AGAIN.

I would say try it in another computer and then if it still does not work then I would send it back
