    Post Digital 17" On screen display

    I was wondering if anyone knows how to turn this off. When I turn on my computer the on screen display says that it found a new vertical and horizontal frequency. I want to stop that from coming up each time I turn on my computer. The model number is PCXBV-FZ

    Are you sure it's a monitor driver problem? I would think that it's more likely a video card problem...losing it's configuration. You might try to find the latest drivers for that video card...

    This is what I found out about your monitor:

    PCXBV-FZ: 17" (15.9"V) NH, 64KHZ, DDC2B, TCO $194.00

    Just for grins, go here for a selection of Digital video drivers from Compaq's website. As you may know, Compaq took over Digital a couple of years ago...

    Thanks for the reply, but I already have the most current driver for the video card. So its worth 194 dollars? Makes me feel good because I got it for free. And again thanks for the reply.
