[RESOLVED] ShAkY DiSpLaY
I have a AIW128 videocard and a Proview 765 17" monitor. In every resolution and every refresh rate the screen shakes ever so slightly and every once in a while jerks to the side. I have tried every spec possible. Is there anything I can do to try to fix this problem? ie reset the monitor

I s there anything running next to your monitor, like a fan, radio, etc.?
Does your monitor have a degauss button?
If you do degauss your monitor, does the flickering stop for a while?

The only thing next to my monitor is the CPU. Could that cause the shaking?

I doubt it, but grab hold of it while running and move it away from the monitor to see if it clears up.
The other thing you can do is Remove the monitor from device manager, then reboot. Windows will reinstall the monitor driver.

I have done that, I re-installed the driver, I moved the CPU, I dont think the monitor and video card are sync'd. Is there a program out there that tests this? I would hate to buy a new monitor... do you have any other suggestions?

I use a program called Troubleshooter from ForeFront Direct, But it is an expensive and complete diagnostic and burn in tool.
I think your problem is in the monitor, not the video card.
Can you borrow a monitor from a friend?
Just to check it out, so you can start writing to Santa for a new one. hehe

Better get it fixed right away if you still have warranty available for it.
