00001994.exe Process running, what is it?

On a Win2K box I have this process running, 0001994.exe. I don't know what it is ut believe it is some kind of spyware. When I boot up the machine I get a box that pops up (and i do not have the network cable hooked up) that gives me 2 choices to check off, one of them is weather updates and to enter my zipcode, the other I think said something like do you want solicitation from newsletters or something like that. When I cancel this bos another box pops up telling be it could not read from c:\XXXX\XXXXX\XXXXX\XXXXX\0001994.exe. X's representing a directory on the machine (I can't remember the exact directory, I am not at the machine now).

Anyhow, I have used Ad-Aware 6, Spybot, and Hijack and got rid of a ton of stuff but this is still lingering around. I searched google for 0001994.exe and come up with nothing.

Anyone heard of this process that runs in taskmanager?

Yes, nothing unusual or questionable in add/remove programs. I am going to try ad-aware in safe mode.
