"Bush Attack Fatigue" Sets In

The assaults against the president have been so constant for so many months - on every subject under the sun from his handling of the economy to the war in Iraq and now to the War on Terror - that a law of diminishing returns has set in. The people willing to believe the worst of George W. Bush have already gotten the message. The people who like him have tuned out the liberal criticism. And everybody else is just sick of the negativity.

Bob Woodward is also bringing out a book about Colin Powell which is rumored to be a tell all about Powells disagreements with the Administration.
Looks to be an interesting summer.

It doesn't matter who is in charge of US or UK, or any other country for that matter.

Usually most leaders get elected because the majority of voters who turn out to vote are unhappy with the current government and crave change.

From my observations, most leaders are in the job for what they can do for themselves, not for what they can do for the country. I personally don't like President Bush, nor do I like Tony Blair. But then I don't really like any politician.

So points to take on board?

1. The grass is never greener on the other side
2. The current 'man in power' will never do a good enough job
3. Computers will one day rule the world, so be nice to them....
4. Until your petrol (gas) prices match ours (87.9pence a litre), stop moaning!
