How can I find my hardware?

I have rescently installed xp fresh on my pc.

But i have no instilation discs for my hardwear such as my video card etc.

How can i find out the names of my hardware so i can then begin hunting for my drivers?

I am quite a beginner with all this so if you could explain step by step it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
