Spyware scanning networked PCs
Hi all,
I'm sitting at my desk, using SMS to view files and installed proggies on a user's PC, and I notice that there are some spyware related files.
I'm on my way over there to clean her PC now, but was thinking of future options...
That brings the question:
Does anyone know of a bit of software that can scan networked PCs for spyware and remove it? I'd love to be able to run something like Spybot or AdAware from here, without wasting gas, but that doesn't seem to be an option at the moment.
I did a quick Google, but I don't recognize any of the company names.
If there is anything out there, that's worth a looksee, I'll mention it to my boss for future purchase. She'll buy it for me if I like it....so any suggestions would be welcome. If there's a demo available, even better!
Thanks in adavnce gang....much appreciated!

Spyware Blaster might be a better option "SpywareBlaster doesn't scan and clean for spyware - it prevents it from ever being installed."

Online spyware scan:

Hope that helps.

I am not very impressed with pest patrol online scan. It told me I had 78 items of spyware including this
Odd that adaware and spybot detect these, but couldn't find them on my machine.
Leads me to think that either
Pest patrols scanner is fake and it just puts up a random sample of typical cookies and spyware you will find on any machine so that you will buy pest patrol.
Pest patrol scanner does work, but it incorrectly detects those items which have been immunised against by spybot, same effect though, they are hoping for a sale.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."
