    PC CHIPS M810 LR - Rev 7.1

    PC CHIPS M810 LR - Rev 7.1, trying to find bios update for this board, the ones I have located on the PC CHIPS SITE says wrong tag, but I can,t find 810 LR only 810 and 810L any ideas or links appreciated.

    I have found an updated bios on pcchips ftp site 020913s which is dated 13 September 2003 but am worried this may not support new 1400 Duron, will have to buy one and see I guess.

    According to ECS - (001131 is ecs) none of their boards take the 1.4 duron.

    rechecked bios string, it is right, I still have original box and manuel fpr thos board and it says PC266 system board M810 series, I know the 2 companies are connected, anyway will stick with an athalon cpu or older duron, thanks anyway.

    M810LR is the same as M810L v5.0

    I had trouble finding the right BIOS Flash but found it at http://www.pcchipsusa.com/download-mainframe.asp and used the M810L v5.0 since my board version was v5.0 the Flash Ulitility will not let you install the wrong Flash. Good Luck
