Windows Explorer Keeps Crashing
Hello my windows explorer keeps crashing when i open folders sometimes the whole screen goes to the desktop with no message. Sometimes i get a "xxxxxxxx memory could not be written message" and sometime i get a "explorer.exe has stopped responding message".
I am using windows xp home. And i have 1 gig of memory so i know it is not lack of memory on my system.

Win XP Pro (non-hax0red edition) possibly? In other words,.. is this a legitimate copy of Windows running because if not, then it won't install SP1.
Try http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and just run what you can.
