    Post Going Backwards

    Migrated to Gigabyte bx2000(dont laugh Darren)and the geforce 1 is not happy--supply
    drifting strangely upwards so had to go back
    to tnt1.Any Laughter or ideas?
    Before i end up with a rage does the radeon
    suffer these quirks.I want to stay if possible a while the motherboard.

    Radeon works fine on BX2000. Thats what I had before migrating to the 'Dark Side'

    Thanks Darren.
    After todays play with that board its a
    specialist in being stupid from the boot up.
    Having before used the 686 im not used to this
    level of crap.

    Wonder what you used yours for--it wouldn't
    achieve a door stop.

    Sure it will, you just have to wedge it in there just right.....LOL

    I dont think i would have the nerve to sell
    it.Still your customer will learn faster
    about pc aches.Ive ordered the radeon.It
    must have taken Darren a shift to go back
    to ATI at that time---i do remember your
    posts over the years.

    Yes Robin you are right!!! To be honest the older ATI cards prior to the Radeon had major issues with drivers & functionality, but upon seeing the Radeon in action, my fears were alleviated and I wouldn't change my mind now if I had the chance. I must admit though it took a fair bit of thought and persuasion to change from my old Diamond Viper V550 TNT1 card though
