    Unhappy Network Path Not Found

I setup ADSL modem+router+firewall from one client computer on win 2003 domain server. Internet sharing is working fine within the network with IP class 192.168.16.x

But the problem raised when I want to browse the mapping drive that had been set on the client computer I set the ADSL modem. I got message "network path not found".

Please help for I am very frustated with this problem.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Jimmy

Any firewall? Does ping work? Does it resolve the name of the machine?

I do not think I enable the XP firewall on problem client.
there is a firewall at router site. but apparently, I can browse internet from that client without any problem. I can also logon to the domain server.

I have 4 clients, 3 clients work well with the drive mapping to server. only this client has a problem. But all of them can browse internet and logon to server well.

    Thanks,
    Jim

When you made the map, did you allow the directory/drive on the target machine to be shared? Does the target machine have an account for the client machines?

    Thanks Noo Noo,

Yes, the target drive which is drive at server is set to share.
my other clients can map to the drive without any problem.

this is the only client that has a problem.
