where is red color?

well i hate video cartz and i don't know what cart i have exacely.When i had win98 it was wroten
that i have "ATI technologies inc.3d rage (something i don't remember)" but on win2k it is [b]"ATI technologies inc.3d rage pro agp 2x"[b]
(i know just it is diferent)
well the problem is that i sometimes i dont have red color,if my comp is on about 2 days it just loses red color.i don't have idea whats going on whit my PS.
btw i've try do download new drivers but on the the web thay wrote that the newst drivers are in win2k???
any suggations?

If you lose red after a couple days it could be a monitor issue and not a video card problem. When the red is gone lightly tap near the back of the monitor and see if the red flickers in and out, unscientific as hell but than at least you will know it's not the card.

oh i've try my monitor on some else comp it works fine the problem is not at monitor

If the monitor is good than check the card out maybe you have a bad DAC or a bad connection where the monitor signal cable plugs in. Heat makes connections expand and contract and could possibly cause a bad solder connection to reveal itself over time.
