XP Internet Connection Sharing
Hi Gang,
I've always been under the understanding that ICS is only designed for 3 or less users. I have a client running Direcway Satellite thru ICS on 3 machines. They would like to add an additional two workstations. Apparently someone told them that this could be done using ICS.
Also, is anyone out there running Direcway thru a router. Currently, this setup is being run directly from the Direcway box into a computer via USB. That computer controls the satellite.
Thanks!

... 'conceptually' as many as on your lan - not recommended though !
...With Internet Connection Sharing, you can connect computers on your home or small office network to the Internet over a single connection. For example, if you enable ICS on a computer that connects to the Internet by using a dial-up connection, other computers on the network can connect to the Internet through the dial-up connection on the ICS host.
