Anyone remember the STB Lightspeed series cards?

I'm trying to locate a driver that may work for a system running WinMe. Unless I'm mistaken the newest version driver was released 1/99........obviously before the Me nightmare. Any hints would be appreciated!

I've only seen 2 models for this card

STB Lightspeed PCI. 1MB and 2MB.
Tseng Labs ET4000/W32P chipset.

STB Lightspeed 128 PCI. 2MB.
Tseng Labs ET6000 chipset.

If there are any Tseng Labs drivers for WinME, you could try those, but I don't think STB or Tseng issued drivers past the NT4 stage, and even that was back in the late 90's.

Yeah, I had a feeling I might hear this type of news. Used to be a pretty decent card for the first month it was out. Oh well, movin' on..................

the drivers should me intergarted into the operating system,, eaven 95 has em,,atleast fro the et400 w32/i/p ,, hmm its a soft spot here tseng did a pretty descent job when they came out with et 6000, it did alot compaierd to other cards, gateway seems to have some drivers for the oem video cards heres a list i came up with and wich chipset the cards have on em,,sometimes with the stb cards youlle end up needing the drivers for stb,, stb., heculese, diamond do some tricks to improve frame rates ect,, so thier drivers are the only ones that will work these , most older models will usually work fine under windowze with the stock drivers , any way only one way to find out..try it!! < /rant>
