Here is an idea:
<a href="http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q258619" target="_blank">OL2000: How to Share an Outlook 2000 Calendar by Using Net Folders (Q258619)</a>
I can't test this right now, so I don't know if it applies to your situation, or if it will work. The article also doesn't claim whether this is designed for Internet mail, Exchange mail, or both. Look it over, let us know if it will work...

Flabooble!
Try Find_import/export and see what's under there and have them e-mail the files back and forth.

We have a couple groups using Netfolders. I think Microsoft added this feature to Outlook as a last-minute deal or a reason to make you want to use Exchange. It is extrememly buggy and messes-up all the time. Also be wary of duplicating every entry in the calendar - it can happen.
Make sure you don't install SP2 for Office 2k, as it adds "security" features that make Outlook think Netfolders is a virus. Also, one more thing, make sure the people to whom the calendar updates are sent are receiving mail from that sender in rich-text format, not HTML.
As for that person's suggestion, that would only work if the two people weren't trying to use the same .pst at the same time.
Hope it helps.
