Word Perfect 9
Please see error at: www.innerstar.net/error.jpg
Ok, then here is the scenario: Compaq Celeron 400, 64mb RAM. When printing out of Word Perfect the error above is generated. Usually the item prints...but it then deletes all the network printers and user has to reboot, they are then found when logged back in.
Windows 95B.
Thanks and let me know if further info needed! As always....you guys are the best!

Does this happen with only one printer or any printer? Does it happen only in Word Perfect? Did you try updating the driver for the printer? Or maybe using a generic driver? Does it happen only when she prints on a network printer? Can she print fine on a local printer? It may be a networking problem. Please advise. Sorry about all the questions.

I had a problem like this a couple days ago with Word 2000. I ended up having to redo the machine, I think something with windows was corrupt. My only advice is to get spool32.dll from a neighboring machine, and copy it over. You could also try uninstalling WP and removing all traces of it, then reinstalling.

Please don't forget the usual application of patches with WPOffice products.
There seems to be a "few" incompatibility bugs that Corel has had to contend with throughout the years.
Mmmmh. I wonder why that is? <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
