Have you tried to see if you can disable the onboard video from the BIOS and then use the PCI?

Or seen if you can switch the bios to the AGP card? Can you see anything in safe mode? You have some video working or your computer wouldn't boot at all. So it is probably a bios setting or device driver.

Ive talked to a number of different people about how to get into my BIOS settings from startup but they all gave different answers do you know the command,oh and I forgot to mention it has an Xp operating system? And thanks for the welcoming

It's probably either F1, F2 or DEL, you press it when the pc is first coming on (before windows).

Hmmm Ive just tried these and I dont appear to be able to access my BIOS settings
