For NPC again KOTOR...Nearly everything said by the droid HK-47.

HK-47 had my in tears when I got to the sith world. There was a Sith that got snotty and I threatened her. HK got all excited and said he would charge his weapons. It was funny.

HK-47 really was one of the best NPCs I've seen in a game outside the Monkey Island series.
