[RESOLVED] IRQ Steering
I need to know how to get IRQ Steering to work properly. In PCI Bus properties under the IRQ Steering Tab and in the IRQ Routing Status box I have the following;
IRQ Steering is Disabled (Yes, the Use IRQ Steering box has a check mark in it). It gives the following reason;
IRQ Table has some errors.
I running a fic mobo(v503+) with a via chipset and have tried all the drivers from them but nothing works.
So how do I fix this. If you need more info let me know, Thanx in Advance

Hmm...have you tried switching off ACPI in the BIOS? It also may be a bad board...the ACPI (IRQ ROuting tables) are stored in it. Flash the BIOS, and try that setting...and if you still have trouble, seek an RMA.

there may also be a 'reset configuration data' option in the BIOS, change that to yes and reboot...but, RMA may be the way to go...
