[RESOLVED] Office 97. Insufficient memory

I am using a Toshiba Tecra 2590 with win95.
When I use, MS Office SR2 and try to open a file using Word, i get the error msg.

"There is insufficient memory to open file....."

But there is 85% free memory. I tried removing and uninstalling MS Office but still no difference.

Anyone got any ideas??????

I fixed this problem before, tell me how much ram and also do you have 20 MB free on your hard drive. Post a reply and I can help.One step at a time.
