Hi, welcome to Windrivers, again. First, go to add/remove programs and remove newdotnet. Then download Spybot Search & Destroy from here
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2471.html
Update it after install and then run it. Remove all that it finds. Then go here
Http://www.trendmicro.com Free online antivirus scan. Scan for free. Delete what it finds.
Then download this: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4086.html Run it.
Reboot. Run hijack this and post your log again.

Run ad aware one more time, but this time:
From main window :Click "Start" then " Activate in-depth scan"
then......
click "Use custom scanning options>Customize" and have these options on: "Scan within archives" ,"Scan active processes","Scan registry", "Deep scan registry" ,"Scan my IE Favorites for banned URL" and "Scan my host-files"
then.........
Click the "Tweak" button.
Open up the "Scanning Engine" section and tick "Unload recognized processes during scanning"
Then........"Cleaning engine" and "Let windows remove files in use at next reboot" and "Automatically try to unregister objects prior to deletion"
then...... click "proceed" to save your settings.
Now to scan it´s just to click the "Next" button.
When scan is finished, mark everything for removal and get rid of it. .(Right-click the window and choose"select all" from the drop down menu) then press next and then say yes to the prompt, do you want to remove all these entries.
that should get rid of the remaining nasties.

Look at this one here:
C:\Program Files\Free Surfer\fs20.exe (SEE EDIT BELOW)
Go into explorer and find the folder and tell us what else you see there.
Best bet is to start up in safe mode now, and manually delete any nasties which are still left over from everything you had to begin with.
Then run Spybot and Adaware again while in safe mode.
And, get yourself a virus scanner like AVG wihich is free here:
www.grisoft.com
EDIT:
I see that Free Surfer is actually not malware buy a tool. So, I take it you installed it to try to take care of popups?
Anyway: try everything in safe mode.
