Sorry Cleet. When I was a tech for travels express we had to troubleshoot our machines over the phones at over 10,000 locations nationwide. Those were mainly in gas stations and check cashers. It was rare that the people were born in this country.
On top of that, we had a computer in every wal mart in the country. There is nothing better than having to find out what is wrong with a machine talking to bess, an 80 year old woman that has never used a computer!
That job taught me 2 things
1. The users I have now are not that bad
2. Everyone from PA is a total A$$hat and all should be ended. I hever have talked to a nice person from that state.

Ok, whiniest, bitchiest, most common sense devoid users?
I used to work on the machines in a call center. Some 5000 at our site, plus we helped out other remote sites. The people manning those phones and using our computers....now they were the dregs of society, but I still enjoyed dealing with them more the execs or top sales type people.

I think I know why this is true, Cleetus. The ones you have now likely already know it all, and will argue you to death. Unteachable?

Close, the worst is that they are too important for a lowly tech and esp to read his email describing how to calm down with the changes we made.
