Could anyone help me with this file? This file is continually slowing down my computer!. It says it is not responding when I pres ctrl,alt & del. How do I fix this, sometimes it even makes everything crash..

I'm guessing you're using 98, so...
Use the System File Checker (sfc.exe) to extract the file from the windows disk. This normally will fix it, but it will happen again and again! I see this problem on many machines so you're not alone.
