    Resolved [RESOLVED] explorer

    help help my explorer keeps crashing
    i get this message from norton guard
    explorer.exe caused fault #c0000005
    in kernel 32.dll at address
    014f:bff81f22
    or very similar every time

    can you get into safe mode?
    uninstall norton crash guard and cross your fingers

    disable crashguard..see if you still get the crash.....norton crashguard does seem to have to many false alarms.
