    S3 savage low refresh rate

Upgraded client system to celeron 2.4 with biostar integrated via chipset.
The board have S3 savage video onboard.
Kept my client win98 and just updated drivers.
The higher refresh rate i get is 60HZ and i want more.
Client have ctx 17" monitor and i tried several monitors drivers and it won't let mw change to higher refresh rate.
Before the upgrade the client had 3dfx video chipset voodoo rush.
    Didn't see any traces...
    Please help
    Thanks

If the driver from biostar doesn't work, you could try the one here: http://ranger.s3graphics.com/swlib/420drv/
