I keep getting a blue physical memory dump screen.
It says...

Tech Info:

I am using windows XP Home.
I have re-installed my sound card, updated my motherboard and my grapics drivers.
I find this problem usually happens when I am downloading files through things such as bit torrents or IRC.
Please reply to the thread if you can help.
Thanks You

The Stop 0xD1 message indicates that the system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. Drivers that have used improper addresses typically cause this error.
Loosely translated - you seem to have a corrupt driver. You updated your sound and graphics... and you say this happens when downloading, that would imply your network card or communications device.
There is usually a filename mentioned in a stop error of this sort.... what filename shows up?
