When he goes into shock they should refuse him medical treatment. He doesn't want it while he's conscious so why bother giving it to him when he's unconscious and flailing about from a seizure.

No...that's what he wants. I say we keep him alive as long as possible against his will. Even freeze his brain when his body loses life. I want him to out live all of those that wish him to be their martyr.
