shutdown problem
not as serious as the normal 98 shutdown problem,just a bit annoying,when i shutdown i get an error message msgsrv32 anybody out there help me identify or better yet fix this?

Actually some times this can be caused by your sound config or sound card drivers. Try this:
First, ensure that you have the correct audio devices in Multimedia.
Second, verify that your sound card has the latest drivers and/or updates installed from the computer or motherboard manufacture (if onboard sound).

downloaded latest soundcard drivers and it seems to have done the trick, thanks for your help!
