SO if it is college Bond, does that mean we get SPECTRE back?

Thank the gods above! Someone credible appears to have proof that this article is wrong.

I like how we all have these sites we like to visit everyday and assume everything on them is truth. Then we begin to doubt the story, so we go find some other off-the-wall site in order to validate our doubts. Hehe. Funny.

I mean,.. put it this way,.. if this person or that person was announced as the new James Bond, we would be reading about it on Yahoo.com (AP/Reuters) or MSN.com or something like that. You know,.. A well-known, established news media source.

Btw,.. this is nothing personal against you or anyone else here Clam. I just think it's funny that I'm always seeing people posting facts from all these whacky websites.

Topic: "The U.S. Economy is about to crumble because we are eating too many snacks"

Post 1: Thats it! I give up on eating snacks!
Post 2: You dummy,.. that article is like 2 years old
Post 3: My sister in laws twin cousins uncle had that happen once.
Post 4: Got any links to prove it?
Post 5: Oh never mind, I just read on http://www.ithiptobeacomputerdork.gh that it's not true.

Yeah but still a funny rumor about the next James Bond? I just wish it were a little outrageous.

I am not an expert on James Bond at all, but I do know that some of the classic bad guys from the Connery and early Moore days were awesome. Did all of those villians die at the end? And if they did, were they killed in ways that would be undisputable? Meaning it would be really stupid to try to explain them coming back.

What I am getting at is why not have a young actor play James Bond, and go back in the Bond timeline to some of the earlier stories. The Bond films seem to be going forward in a timeline mostly, so why not go back for a few prequals sort of speak?
    U.S. out of U.N.
