ISDN
when i boot-up,i get a message saying
problem with short-cut.do you want a short-cut to point to a missing or changed item
when i click in yes for the shortcut,i get
a message saying No ISDN devices were found
please install an isdn device and run the
configuration wizard again.i have just install a new epson printer and had to delete
some old files,before the installation.

Try seeing if theres an extraneous shortcut in your startup folder in the start menu.
