I think all of ya are balmy! The best Pizza in the world comes out of the oven at my house in Eagle River Alaska. It's a pizzicare recipe that has been in my wife's family for generations! Authentic Naples style down to the copper cookware. MMMMMM...cheese, mushrooms, canadian bacon, pepperoni and green peppers (well it has been somewhat Americanized over the years). Remember it's all in the dough and the sauce.

I dunno. I didn't think you could make good pizaa with Alaskan water?

As the semi-official (now defunct) TSS and WD pizza boy, I concur with the remark that Chicago pizza and NY pizza are not the same thing. NYC pizza is REAL pizza.

Who said anything about using water in the recipe? Besides Alaska drinking water is the bestest in the world (well except the moose droppings )!
