Panic Attack!
Anyone here get panic attacks? If so, what do you think brings them on? Are you taking any meds? Do they work?
I've been getting them lately, I had one this morning when I was at the doctors office getting a check up. They almost call 911 on me. I was fine after I got settled down, my blood pressure and heart beat went back to normal. I hate going to the doctor.
